Brewmen @ Solaris Mont Kiara KL - Amazing Waffles!
I really just wanted something cold. Dessert perhaps, or maybe a chilled drink but with loads of ice in it. Little did I know, I was in for a sweet surprise. I can't wait to tell you about their gorgeous waffles!

Apgujeong Korean BBQ @ Solaris Mont Kiara KL
If that's the case, I'm betting on some really good stuff. I wasn't ready to try the food - I was ready to eat good food! Did the acclaimed Korean dishes lived up to the Malaysian taste buds though?

CoffeeSociété @ Publika Solaris Dutamas KL
After days of running around with little rest and in solemn need of sleep, I crawled out of bed tirelessly on a Saturday morning, with the sole purpose of looking for something to eat. A little more on my running-around-escapades on the Friday edition of Spicy Scoops series soon.
About an hour later, I stepped into CoffeeSociete, awakened but not in entirety, in dire need of a second cup of coffee.

Caffebene Malaysia @ Solaris Mont Kiara - Bingsu?
Just when I was about to lose hope on visiting the exaggeratedly-overcrowded Caffebene outlet at Sunway Pyramid, I stumbled upon the newly opened Solaris outlet last weekend. Obviously fated, I knew a sweat feast behold me next. From what I was told, this Korean dessert place is one of the most popular cafe in Korea of all time!

Palsaik Korean BBQ Restaurant @ Solaris Mont Kiara KL - 8 Flavored Pork Belly?
If you'd follow this blog long enough, you would know that I'm a huge fan of Korean cuisine. So when I first heard about the newest Korean BBQ restaurant to hit Malaysian shores - distinguished by its 8 flavored pork bellies, I knew it wouldn't take long for me to pop by.

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant, Publika KL
Read my updated review of Gyu-Kaku 1 Utama Here.
When it comes to a BBQ feast, the first place that'd probably come to mind are Korean restaurants. Fine - perhaps it's my affection towards Korean cuisine.
Nevertheless, it's not easy to find a Japanese BBQ restaurant, or yakiniku in Japanese; let alone a pork-free establishment.
I was glad I stumbled upon this place - for all the wrong reasons however, will rant more about that shortly.

Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant @ Solaris Mont Kiara - Comfort Food
Contradictory to my blog's namesake, I am not a challenger when it comes to spicy food.
As for the Dakgalbi, which I later realised - is an extremely clever combination of what we, Malaysians love. You have to read on!
Indomee - Our all time favourite.
Spicy Sauce - Chilli goes with everything in Malaysian dishes.
Chicken Teppanyaki - We all love Japanese food don't we?
Hence, how can we not love Dakgalbi? I've heard a thing or two about the place - good and bad, but notably on how spicy the dakgalbi can get!
