Spicy Scoops #13 | Cellnique Xmas Mask Pack Review | Part 3: Premier Clinic TTDI

It's Friday and I'm still confused.

I have been having mixed feelings ever since I wandered back from my short trip. When they say, travelling opens up a person's mind, granting renewed perspectives in life, I honestly think it did mine.

One things for sure, I've not been doing enough of what I really want to do. Some people live with it, most tend to seethe with regrets for not doing more.

From how I see it, life is like an overworked ferris wheel. There's ups & downs; challenges & rewards; henceforth. When the carriage rotates to the bottom, one could either go for a new ride or simply just stay put for another round. Regardless, a decision has to be made. Cyclical in nature yet impelling at the same time.

If I were to choose a position right now, my carriage would be near bottom, though not quite there yet. To put it simply - maybe what I really need is change - but I'm undecided. Somehow, I think I got tired of doing repetitively, what I have been doing for quite some time.

Choices.

After making a few wrong ones during my adolescent years, I started questioning my own judgement sometimes. I really shouldn't contemplate so much, things aren't really as complicated as it seems. I think I'm just scared to step out of my comfort zone.

Being too careful, inadvertently made me become, well - very risk averse. Taking risks may not be as rough as it sounds. There's risks attached to essentially everything in our daily lifes, including going to sleep really. Have you not watch Final Destination?

It all draws down to whether or not it was worthy of taking that risk and hence, going through change. It's like love you see - sometimes there's a need to look pass the sensibility behind things and just go with what the heart tells you.

Curiosity.

Adding to that, my instinctive personality draws me to see the more exciting things in life. I want to see what's behind those curtains; I want to dip my foot into the Caribbean Sea; I want to touch the sand and dessert terrain in Morocco; I want to eat Mexican food in Mexico; I want to attempt sky diving in Hawaii; I want to's - there's so much I want to see and do. And on that, I've accepted that the past as already done but I believe that I can still mould my own future.

All I really want is to look back at my younger self, while the world looked a little simpler back then, and not regret what I've missed out on; what I've not done and most importantly, tried.

On that, my Christmas wish for this year is to have Santa grant me a hundred wishes, so that I can afford to make 99 mistakes before succeeding in 1. Keeping it real.

Talking about Christmas, I'm going to tell you a bit about the early present I received this year.

Also expect to see some Christmas feast in this blog in the coming weeks. It is after all, approaching year end and also the best times of the year for me.

But wait! You are in for a treat this time!

Cellnique is currently running a Xmas Sweepstake competition, where you'd get to Win a set of this Magical Masque Extravaganza pack! It only takes a few simple steps and no purchase is required

I've already submitted mine. I'm being greedy. Hurry up and submit yours!

Let's now move on to the much anticipated review.

Firstly, trying out the Cellnique Ultimate Calming and Hydrating Airy Masque.

The masque is nicely folded when retrieved, packed and drenched in loads full of essence.

Unfold it and you'd get this.

There's 3 layers to the mask - blue, transparent and white. Now, you'd want to place the middle transparent masque onto your face, not the blue or white. Those are the protective layers.

Just to illustrate how thin and light the masque is - there's a reason they call this the Airy Masque.

Now, it is very important for you to follow the step-by-step guide.

Firstly, remove the blue layer and place the transparent layer on to your face. Then, proceed to remove the white plastic layer after that. Leave only the transparent essence layer on your face for 15 minutes.

The minute I pulled the mask off my face, I gave my cheeks and forehead a light pat and it felt so soft! It has this ultra-nourishing formula that soothes the skin. No wonder my skin felt so smooth and refresh!

I'm not done yet! After you remove the mask, gently massage the remaining essence for 30 second and leave it for another 30 seconds, for maximum absorption. Post cleansing is not needed. But for me, I don't usually fancy having sticky residue on my face, I'd normally wipe it off with a damp tissue.

On the other hand, the Cellnique Age Defying Whitening Airy Masque is not only blessed with anti-ageing properties, but also intensively moisturize, brightens and revitalizes the skin.

Also in the pack, Cellnique Intensive Soothing & Hydrating Masque with Hazel and Aloe Vera, in a 50ml tube.

Now, after all of that, let me tell you something.

I don't usually rave on new products, simply because my extremely sensitive/acne skin doesn't react as pleasantly to most products, be it paramedical or OTR.

But I have to say this. For me, Cellnique's Airy Masques are one of the Best masques I've used thus far. Reason being - the effects are remarkably long lasting. Even after days, my skin still feels hydrated, visibly brighter and has this amazing effect on minimizing my pores. It seriously felt as though I just pulled it off my face.

Well, if it works for me, high chances that it will, for you too. So ladies, you want to close the year looking fabulous. Grab your own Cellnique Christmas Mask Pack or Gift it to a loved one for Christmas!

For more information on Cellnique, visit their Website Here, or follow them on their Facebook Page Here.

Again, remember to participate in Cellnique's Xmas Sweepstake and stand a chance to win this Magical Masque Extravaganza!

Backtracking a little, it has been slightly over one month since my last visit to Premier Clinic TTDI KL. You can read Part 1 and Part 2 of my review. I felt that my skin has been lacking in that much needed glow that I had earlier. I need my LED therapy!

Thankfully, I still have my Cellnique masks to aid my dehydrated skin. Like the season of giving-and-taking, I gave half the pack to my mum. It is, after all - the Christmas spirit. Again, thank you Cellnique for the early Christmas gift.
