A Spoonful Of Sugar.

I recently read an article that was trending online on the theory behind Nice Girls Don't Ask, and it got me thinking. It's really an article about corporate leadership, but I'm going to talk about it in a slightly different context.

For a very long time, and from the bottom of my heart, I always believe in seeing the best of people.

From experience, I have slowly learned to understand people based on my own intuition because really - everyone is different.

Yes, it's true that initial impression counts, but perception changes along the way, be it for the better or for the worst, nurtured by communication and respect. Having gone through all of that with so many people I met throughout my lifetime (I lost count), I still trust that that there is a positive side to every person I meet, despite ill intentions from many. And no - luckily for me, I have not met any murderers or psychopaths in my lifetime, just yet, touch wood.

Good karma goes a long way. I believe that ultimately by doing so, it makes me a better, more fulfilled soul, and deep down, I hope that mother universe will treat me the same nice way too.

Like the saying goes - the world is filled with nice people. If you can't find one, be one.

On a side note, I thought I'd share some of my favorite shots in my recent weekend rendezvous.
