Happenings : Yoodo's Build A Malaysian Exhibition At The Linc KL

I was at The Linc KL earlier today, tapping into the hype of Yoodo & Loka Made's, #BuildAMalaysian event. So what exactly makes you Malaysian?

The event was jointly organized by Yoodo, Loka Made and The LINC KL, in conjunction with the upcoming Merdeka Day and Malaysia Day, with a core purpose of celebrating the unique traits of being Malaysian.

Build A Malaysian Event

Location : Event Space Level 2 @ The LINC KL

Activities : DIY Workshops (mask chain, button badge, silkscreen pouch, pop up card, postcard writing)

This fun exhibition showcases the unique identity of 65 iconic Malaysians, including Malaysia's Father of Independence Tuku Adul Rahman, actress Tan Sri Datuk Seri Michelle Yeoh, squash player Datuk Nicol Ann David and musician Dato DAvid Arumugam, aimed at paying homage to the differences that makes us uniquely Malaysians, mirroring also Yoodo's level of customisation in it's mobile plans.

These 65 iconic personalities have been transformed into Digital Avatar form, displayed on this Malaysian Build Malaysia Avatar Board.

You can also build your own Digital Avatar from Yoodo's Instagram, and stand a chance to be featured on NuSentral's giant billboard. All you have to do is,

Here's my Digital Avatar - who I kinda-am (ok, minus the blue hair, I couldn't find a nice #blackwig GIF), and the things I kinda-like (mostly food, heh). What do you think?

Apart the exhibition, there're also a handful of DIY workshops happening throughout the month - DIY mask chain, DIY button badge, silkscreen pouch, pop up card and postcard writing, if you're into handycrafts and stuff.
